Security and Privacy:  It is our policy to never share/sell your data with any third party.  Your data is only used by Appalachia Off-Road LLC for order processing and our own marketing.    

 Shipping:  We take every precaution to get your package to you undamaged. In the event that you notice shipping damage when a product arrives, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.    Free Shipping:  Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the continental US.  Shipments out of those 48 states will incur additional charges.

Returns:  No returns will be accepted without first contacting Appalachia Off-Road LLC at info@appalachiaoffroad.com.  Due to the nature of our custom built parts, all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Additionally, purchasers are responsible for the return shipping costs and all products must be returned in the original packaging material or no refund will be given.  .  

 Payment & Pricing:  No orders will be processed without payment.  Prices are subject to change.  Fitment:  Please “pre-fit” our bolt on parts before trimming factory plastic for fitment or powder coating.
